contact forms wont work – hosting issue?

I have tried several contact form plugins (cforms, easy-contact, wp-contact-form-iii, enhanced wp contact form, etc) and have had no success with any of them. I don’t believe all of these plugins are broken, so I have to assume it is a problem on my end.

After the form is submitted, they usually come back to the form page, but something is stopping the page from loading all the way. The emails never arrive. I get emails directly from WordPress, but none from the contact forms.

Please have a look for yourself – HERE. This is a dev site, so please try and submit the form and see what happens. I am currently using cforms II.

I am in a windows shared hosting environment if that helps at all.
