• Hi,

I am currently using the Zeeminty theme for my website http://www.fancypantscustomcakes.com.au

I have two contact forms set up
    – contact form 7
    – form manager (used for quote request submission)

Originally i had the emails set up to send to brooke082010@hotmail.com but need them sent to vanessa@fancypantscustomcakes.com.au

When i changed it all over the emails were not being received in the new email address. I tried using a SMTP plugin, but that makes all the forms unable to send and submit. Im 90% sure i had all the right details in for the smtp. I have had to deactivate all the contact forms as they are not being received.

if anyone can help that would be brilliant.

    Thanks!

  • If the SMTP plugin meant that the emails didn’t send, it’s most probable that your SMTP details weren’t right. Did you see error messages?

    Thanks for the reply.

Ive managed to get it to send to my personal hotmail account but cannot get it to send to my clients web site based one (vanessa@fancypantscustomcakes.com.au)

I have turned off all filters for spamming in the email account but still nothing.
