Hi all. Need help. My forms work on every browser on a PC as well as any tablet (even Apple). However, the form submission doesn’t work only when using a Mac desktop – it just hangs there. I’ve even tried the Safari browswer on Windows, and it works fine. Anyone else experience this? How do I correct it?! Please help, much thanks!

Try switching to the default theme (Twenty Seventeen) and deactivating all other plugins.

Question about switching to default theme. Do I risk anything by doing this? Loosing any settings or the way things are set up? Thanks!

Following that… if I deactivate a plugin, and then reactivate it, does it come back just as it was with all its settings I created? Thanks all!

No – all your theme settings are saved and will be restored when you re-activate.

Yes – works the same. Info can definitely be lost if you delete a plugin but not if you deactivate then reactivate.

Okay, thanks, Neil, I always wondered about that!
And just to update, by reading other similar posts of the issue, I resolved my Mac problem by first downloading and installing the Contact Form 7 Controls plugin, and then disabling (unchecking) the AJAX Submissions under the new Customized tab created with the Controls plugin. I did not need to change any templates or diactivate any plugins. I realize this is more a work-around, but it suits our needs.
    Thanks all!
