 * leave a comment stays inside your wordpress site and the comment gets added to
   your content, a contact for usually has your email address behind it so that 
   when someone fills in the contact form a copy of what they filled in gets sent
   to your email account for you to reply to directly person to person outside of
   the site. 🙂
