    When trying to install various kinds of Contact Form plugins, I get the white screen of death and then have to delete the plugins through phpMyadmin.
    Is there a flexible Contact Form that works well with your plugin? Alternatively, are there settings within your plugin I should change so it will allow the activation of a Contact Form?

    Hi gemsmidz, can you share with us the log file?

    I am currently using Fast Secure Contact Form and this plugin without any issues.

    I have not enable all the security options. What you have to do is enable all the basic security options and test one by one the advanced options. Make sure you read the help file before you enable the advanced security option. Some security options might not work in your environment so test carefully.
