# Contact forme broken

 * Hello,
   We’re having trouble on our WordPress website.The various contact forms
   no longer work: the completions go back well in Hubspot but…
    - they no longer trigger the sending of an email to the “to” address
    - an error message appears to indicate that the completion of the form could
      not be completed: “Sorry, your email could not be sent” / “Sorry, your download
      could not be completed”
    - Can you help us please?
