Contact Form 7 doesn’t send emails. I mean, it triggers them but it’s your WordPress installation that passes the delivery to the mail server.
I have installed ninja form also but same issue with this plugin
Which tells me it’s not CF7 at all. Try installing an SMTP plugin to handle the mail delivery.

This one is very well supported and has many useful options.

Once you have mail delivery setup and working then you should be fine.
This is such a common complaint that I wrote a blog post on it last night.
