Where do I install the form? is it through the control panel of my hosting plan; Or I need to do everything using the WordPress Dashboard? any help pls?

Hi guys need some help here.

Ive changed my email plan and now its gone from a POP email to an Exchange type email, however I kept the address the same info@bdance.co.uk. Because of the config change the form wouldn’t change POP info@bdance.co.uk to an Exchange info@bdance.co.uk address.

Tech guys from godaddy said to contact the developers so they can “unplug” and plug my form or my email address not sure cos don’t really understand how it works.

Please help
