Contact form will submit sucessful NO EMAIL CONFIRMATION

    I have been having an issue with contact form 7 for several months. It worked fine for the longest time but now does not work correctly. It started working for about a week but is now not sending email confirmation when a form has been submitted. The forms are going into contact form 7 Database. This is still a problem though, please advice on what is wrong with this plugin.

    How have you set up your Form and Mail?

    I set it up as I have in the past.
    From: the website title or contact form title
    subject: website title
    additional headers: [first-name] [last-name]

    Then I read some people suggesting a change to that data so I changed it and still the same result.
    From: wordpres@(websiteaddress).com
    subject: website title
    additional headers: [first-name] [last-name] <[your-email]>

    I have been using contact form 7 for years. This problem started to occur several months ago. Then it resolved for about a week or two, then back to not sending confirmation emails.
