In version 3.14.2 if the website is configured for use SSL then iframe for contact form is not displayed because mixed content, this is configured for use http://.

    (<iframe src=”http://www.vcita.com/widgets/contact_form/XXXXXXXX?ver=2)

If in DB is changed the option_value for option_name “_transient_embed_codecontactoXXXXX500450” with https, this is reverted after some changes made in WP admin.

Please take a look at this issue.

    Thank you for the notice.
Can you please help me understand where did you grab the iframe link from?

    We’ll be looking into this.

    Kind regards,

    I also have this problem.

The scheduler and short form work on our staging site but when we migrate the page to the Live site (using HTTPS).

The iframe link can be see by inspecting the page in the browser with the form on it.

If I manually change the iframe URL to https using dev tools, the Vcita form will appear.

Definitely need to fix this for sites using HTTPS.

    Thanks,

    R

Thank you for checking in on this issue. We are aware of issues surrounding the deployment of our WP plugins in an HTTPS environment. Our default design for LiveSite components presents them in HTTPS already. When you move a site from HTTP to HTTPS, applying your own certificate, the layered certificates create a conflict.

The current resolution to this issue is to deactivate the WP plugins and deploy using HTML instead to help maintain the correct handles for HTTPS across all components.

Please log into your vCita account at https://www.vcita.com/login and navigate to My LiveSite to access the related components and code pieces required to complete this process.

Should you have any further questions, issues or concerns, please use the “Contact Us” button within your vCita dashboard to access contact information for support and submit a trouble ticket linked to your account.

    Thank you for choosing vCita!
