# Contact Form/ Theme Help

 * Good Afternoon,
 * I am using wordpress 2.9.2 and have just installed ‘Fast and Secure Contact Form
   2.6.4.’ I followed the directions for installation and created a new page as 
   directed in the readme file.
 * In the directions, it says to add [si-contact-form form=’1′] to the page coding
   in order for the plugin to work. I did this, but when I load the page, all it
   gives me is my page title ‘Contact Us.’
 * My Contact Page: [http://us2guys.com/?page_id=84](http://us2guys.com/?page_id=84)
 * I am using the ‘Dirty Blue’ theme. I tried it in another theme and it worked 
   fine.
 * Can anyone help me with this, please?
