Contact form submissions not working

Hello, my contact form worked in the past. However, upon recent testing, it does send to the mail recipient from an email address with the same domain awakeningtranquility.com. The contact form has no Additional Settings.
In addition, the form seems to redirect to another page, but I don’t see that specified in the form. How to fix it? Here is the form template:
Name (required) [text* your-name]
Email (required) [email* your-email]
Subject [text your-subject]
Your Message [textarea your-message]
[recaptcha id:captchaid1]
[submit id:submitForm “Send”]

@takayukister I appreciate your reply. No, there is no response message displayed. Interestingly, the form submission email did successfully go through when I tested it today. But the redirect should not be happening.
