Contact Form still showing old website info

I have moved my website from one server to another and I am having trouble with the Contact Form 7 plugin
When I changed the website email in Settings to another email the form says its sending the emails but they dont seem to be arriving. I have this issue on 3/4 different websites.

I have changed the email address on the website and in the Mail area in the contact form.
I have checked all spam folders.
I have updated one website contact form to the latest version (it didnt updated easily and the loading button went on for ages and I had to refresh the page after a while)

It works with my email without any problem but simply wont take other emails.

I did notice that the From area is still showing the old website information. Do I have to change this manually? And how come it still works with my email address?

Really confused and all help appreciated.
