    By the link you provided we see that you are using Ninja Forms plugin for creating a contact form. We have examined the page source code and saw no signs of our plugin being used. Possibly, you have deactivated it. In case you still need our help with our plugin, we kindly ask you to create a private ticket on our support forum http://support.bestwebsoft.com/. In this ticket, please:

    1. Add a link to this post, so that we could recall the case immediately.
    2. Activate our plugin and provide a link to the page, on which our contact form is used.
    3. Provide a full-sized screenshot of the plugin settings page.
