Contact form seems to send but not getting a response

    I have recently installed Contact Form 7 on our website and come across the issue where the form itself isn’t actually sending the form to the chosen email.
    I have checked the mail filtering that We have in place here and it doesn’t even look like its reached there.
    Basically wondering if its due to the fact it is a physical exchange server which host the email where I am sending them too.
    Any ideas would be great.
