Contact Form not working on Mobile

    When using mobile devices , the CONTACT FORM tab does not work correctly.

    If tapped more than once, the CONTACT FORM tab either stops working, or produces a black white popup

    This issue arises in both portrait and landscape orientation, but seems more prevalent in portrait mode.

    Tested on Apple iOS 14.6, iOS 14.7.1
