I just tried to send a message and get the error:
“Failed to send your message. Please try later or contact the administrator by another method.”
I verified the browser console and saw an error 400 related with reCAPTCHA. Could you disable reCAPTCHA integration and try to send a message again? To do that go to Dashboard > Contact > Integration > reCATCHA > Setup Integration > Remove Keys.

This step is necessary to determine if the problem is indeed related to reCAPTCHA. If it is, then regenerate new keys. By default, CF7 uses v3 of reCAPTCHA, but if you use a plugin to go back to v2, then you must create the keys with that version.
In short:
1. Disable reCAPTCHA and test if the messages are sent.
2. If they do, generate new reCAPTCHA keys again, selecting the correct version.
3. Configure reCAPTCHA integration again.
4. Try to send a message with reCAPTCHA integration enabled.
If all goes well, the error was probably related to an incorrect selection of the reCAPTCHA version or to expired keys.
