    contact form stopped working – stuck loading (https://promptplumbers.ca/)

    Been working fine for years, it randomly stopped working recently. please help, thank you!

    After upgrade to the newest WordPress version 5.4, I’m unable to use Contact Form anymore – get an error: “There is a problem to send your message. Try again later”

    Update WP was the last thing which I changed/updated

    Any ideas?

    I found out that in “site health” page it’s showing up an error:

    PHP default timezone was changed after WordPress loading by a date_default_timezone_set() function call. This interferes with correct calculations of dates and times.

    Recently there was no info about it – so maybe this is causing the issue?

    Try deactivating all other plugins and switching to the default theme.

    Why you are advised to deactivate plugins and switch to the default theme.

    Hi, I have WP 5.4 installed yesterday. CF7 is not longer to works.
    I filled the form fields but it doesn’t works. No email sent.
    Under the button is wrote “this message is unable to be sent. try again later”

    I tried to use default message too but still have the same problem

    Please support me to fix it asap

    Hi Takayuki – its a live website, hard to deactivate all the plugins and switch to the default theme.

    Any other solutions?

    I tried to deactivate all plugins – still the same issue

    Unable to switch to default theme – as I have the same situation as @jathuv – this is live website

    I’ve just made a copy of my page to local environment and tried to deactivate all add-ins + change the theme to default as you advised. Still the same issue. Please investigate

    I have same problem. After update WP to version 5.4 and CF 7 to version 5.1.7 mail stopped sending. Mail sent via WP Mail SMTP. PhpMail not work too.

    EDIT: Sorry. All work. Emails just got into spam 🙂

    I’ve disabled “Really Simple CAPTCHA” and removed google keys – that solved my issue

    I still have the same issues…
    I cannot use CF7 to send email to Mailchimp DB

    please support me on it asap
