  • Same issue here, with Contact Form 7.
    In fact, when I fill out the form for the “Data Access Request” (the page the plugin creates) nothing happens.

    Same issue here, a “Sender’s message failed to send” error is generated. I use contact form 7 version 5.0.2 in combination with WP 4.9.6.

    How can we fix this issue please?

    @apasic; What version are you using? Please note you’re not allowed to add any HTML or anything to your Contact Form 7 checkboxes. This is due to plugin restrictions.

    @rogerwheatley; Please be more specific. “Nothing happens” is not helping me out here. Make sure you have no JavaScript errors/clashes on your page. Also, please create a new support ticket.

    @yellowlime; This is an error generated by Contact Form 7 and has nothing to do with our plugin. Make sure you have set up your forms correctly. Tip: Use Sendinblue, Mandrill or any other mail provider to make sure your mails are sent correctly.

    @donnyoexman – Sorry, there was nothing else I could provide. Quite literally… Nothing happened. There was nothing to see, it did not do display any errors on screen, and no errors were logged in the web browser or saved in text based logs. I tested a moment ago to try and find more information, and found that it is working now (which is great). Nothing was done to change it, and no plugins were added or removed (so I really do not know what caused this). I am not sure what else I can offer? A CDN is in use, if that effects anything? I appreciate your follow up! Thank you!

    @donnyoexman, you’re right indeed, issue occured at staging environment, at live environment it works perfectly! Thanks for the great plugin and thank you for your support.
