Support » Plugin: Jetpack - WP Security, Backup, Speed, & Growth » Contact Form Not Sending to Multiple Email Addresses

  • Hello,

I have the most recent Jetpack installed and when I use contact form to send to multiple email addresses, it fails on certain ones. If I use b***.*****@m****.net by itself, the form works fine. If I use that email address and any other email address (separated by a comma as directed), the email address with periods in it never receives the message. I tried it with another email address with periods in it and had the same results – no sending. Checked spam, etc., no message.

But, if an email address has periods in it and it is the only one the contact form is sending to, it works fine. Very strange. Thanks for any help.

I’m afraid I can’t reproduce the problem on my test site: even when multiple email addresses with periods in them, the emails are properly sent.

Could you contact your hosting provider, and ask them if they can check for outgoing emails sent from your server? These emails might have been caught in your server’s spam filter.

Let me know how it goes.
