contact form not send data

    hi, escsuse my bad english.

    I’ve a form contact, has always worked, but 2 days ago he not working.
    when i press the submit button, he write a problem with smtp data.

    from back office i’ve wp smtp and if i send a test mail, he working fine. only the contact form not working, i’ve deleted this form e recreated but not working.

    what i can do?

    What error message are you seeing?

    Is the error border color orange or red?

    Hi, i’ve installed the plugin wp rollback, that plugin can select a previous version installed.

    i’m return to previous versione 5.05 and i’ve activated.

    Now, the contact form working fine.

    is unacceptable this, i’ve losing many time for this problem and this plugin is corrupt, he need a control and publish only when working fine.

    but for me this topi is’nt resolved, the developer must resolve this great problem…..or not?

    CF7 5.1.+ updated to reCAPTCHA v3.

    The orange error border indicates reCAPTCHA v3 is not working correctly on your site.

    You may see this error if you’ve:

    • previously used reCAPTCHA v2 with CF7
    • updated to CF7 5.1.1 or newer and
    • not changed your previous reCAPTCHA v2 keys to reCAPTCHA v3 keys at Contact > Integration.
