    Hello,

I followed those instructions and used 2 email addresses separated by comma but it doesn’t seem to work.
Message is showing up under “feedback” but not delivered at those recipients.
Works fine with a single recipient though.

    Any ideas?

UPDATE: In fact test messages were delivered but after 30 minutes…

    Hey there, @dsl225!

Thank you for reaching out to us about this – and I appreciate your edit giving us an update.

Jetpack relies on wp_mail() to send out emails. It’s the same function that is used by WordPress to send you comment notifications, or notifications about new users registering on your site.

If emails aren’t being sent, or are being very delayed, there may be an issue with how the server is processing these requests. We have more details, and potential troubleshooting ideas, here:

Please let us know if you still have issues with our Contact Form after reviewing the above document, or if we can help with something else! 🙂

    Thanks, well noted.
