Contact form “Multi-Step”

    Hello,
    I am in France and I am using a translator to translate my application. I hope my message will be understandable.
    I am currently creating my website locally with WP and WAMP.
    I want to create a form with Contact Form Multi-Step.
    I found some videos on the internet showing how to do it and so I created my first 2 forms (STEP 1 and STEP 2).
    For STEP 3, I would like the form to summarize the information that has been entered by the person filling in the form and, after checking it, to send his message.

    Could you guide me to finalize this form and more precisely the STEP3?
