I am having the same issue.
I just downloaded Contact Form DB which saves all responses to my site so at least I will get those here forward.
Are contact form 7 servers down?
I just checked on my other website and the contact forms are working. It is only on http://www.talkbox.club/join-talkbox that I am having this issue. I was just tweaking with the theme stylesheet earlier, I hope that didn’t mess with anything…
