Can you please share more details of where we can test the form? The link you shared has 2 forms but both of them are created using the “Contact Form 7” plugin.
Oh sorry we have to change it because there are production website.

When you put the form on a normal wordpress page it works, but with the wp bakery editor it doesn’t?

With WPbakery in page content it work.
With templatera (templating for WPbakery) it doesn’t
With templatera call in a widget it doesn’t.

I did not receive your email (yet?), but anyhow, maybe it’s worth first contacting templatera/wp bakery support about this. By the looks of it the html forms plugin isn’t loaded at all and thus the html forms javascript to capture the form submission isn’t loaded on the example link you shared above.
