Contact Form in Evolve

    Hi

    Could somebody please advise how I access, use and activate the contacts form embedded within the Evolve theme. I can enter personal data within dashboard but can’t see how I activate it to make accessible.

    Hi, does anyone know if it’s possible to track a conversion for filling in the form? There is no specific thank you page, just wondering if there is some other, more clever technique.

    Is it possible to translate the fields in the contact form? For now the fields Name, Email, Subject and Message are all in English as well as the Send message button. I cannot find any missing translations in the el.po-file for this.
