    The form code is currently at its default

    <label> Your Name (required)
    [text* your-name] </label>

    <label> Your Email (required)
    [email* your-email] </label>

    <label> Subject
    [text your-subject] </label>

    <label> Your Message
    [textarea your-message] </label>

    [submit “Send”]

    Try switching to the default theme.

    it works with default theme, but my whole site is built on this custom theme called Vanquish and i cannot afford to change it. any suggestion on how to resolve this issue?
