 * when someone fills in the contact form, we recieve the email from “wordpress@
   domain.com) is there any way to set it to recieve the email from the user who
   sends it?

   plugin’s dedicated forum.

 * There is no default contact form in WordPress. So you are either using a contact
   form plugin or this form is generated via your theme.
