[Resolved] Contact Form format not consistent

  • Hello,

I have a contact form (default WP and Jetpack no other contact plugin) installed in 2 locations:

    temporary home page: http://monigram.ca

    contact page: http://monigram.ca/contact/

On the homepage the form looks fine. CSS shows .contact-form label being used.

On the contact page it looks incorrect. CSS shows a label class of grunion-field-label name.

    Both use the homepage template.

Any ideas on what I should try?

  • Both are default inserts:

    [contact-form]
    [contact-field label="Name" type="name" required="true" /]
    [contact-field label="Email" type="email" required="true" /]
    [contact-field label="Website" type="url" /]
    [contact-field label="Comment" type="textarea" required="true" /]
    [/contact-form]
