Contact Form Entries deleting older submissions

    I went to check the submissions on a website that’s using Contact Form Entries to save the submissions and only the current month is saved. Is there a setting that will automatically delete older entries?

    I’m not asking if I can delete older entries. The problem is the plugin isn’t saving all the entries. For example, one form has seen submissions going back to March of 2020, but the CRM Entries doesn’t have any submissions older than May of 2020. Why are those older submissions not being saved by CRM Entries?

    @greencrest,

    I hope all is well. Did you have that CRM entries capturing entries for that form since that data? You have to make sure it was enabled. We also never capture form submissions to entries before our plugin was installed / enabled.
