[resolved] Contact Form E-mail Broken (3 posts)

I have had a contact form plugin from Jetpack working on my site without problems (I thought) but when I added a new form today and tested it I realized the form was not delivering the email to my address. I went back and checked and had not received any emails from the form since January 4th. (There were several successful emails before then.) I deactivated the plugin and installed a new form plugin and am having the same problem. I tried changing the target email address and that didn't work either.

Any ideas what can be causing this problem?

    Thanks,

    Larry

Check with your hosting provider. Email form plugins rely on the server to be configured to send mail from PHP scripts. If configuration has been changed, this functionality may no longer be available. It sounds like it's a server issue, not a WordPress issue.

Thanks. GoDaddy claimed the server was fine, but when I retested the form a few hours later it seems to be working again. I think I will change to a plugin that logs submissions as well as sends them via email to make sure I'm not losing anything.
