Contact form does not work with some hosting providers

Hi

I’m observing this from some time and my conclusion is that Contact Form 7 does not work on some servers dependant on hosting provider.

Hosting providers I can confirm it does not work with:
bluehost.com
names.co.uk

On these servers you are most likely to end up with below error message despite configuration of plugin is absolutely correct:
“Failed to send your message. Please try later or contact the administrator by another method.”

Is there any specific reason for this? I believe there most be some server setting which is causing this. The question is what setting it is.
