Otter Options Form: Contact form does not work on mobile device. Emails are sent from desktop devices but give error code on mobile devices. The test mail appears to be successful.

Hey @cenkpin,

I tried on iPhone 12 Mini on the Safari browser and it seems to work fine. Can you let us know which browser and phone you are using?

Phone used for testing: SM-J610F

Browser: G. chrome

Yes, it looks normal now. I will test again from time to time.

I have the same problem now. Some of my customers told me that they can’t send request on contact form made by otter. I also tested it and they were right. The problem is in mobile of course.

Hi @cenkpin!

I checked your site from a mobile device and sent a test message in the contact form. It was sent successfully and a confirmation message appeared, so I don’t see any issue with the form.
