Contact Form does not appear in the Contact Page, so I cannot add it

    I have been having this problem since I got my site a couple of days ago. I have wasted hours trying to find an answer and I even called your customer service and got hung up without any resolution. Whoever it was told me that “it depends on the theme”.

    Being able to add a WPForm to the Contact page depends on the theme???

    I followed the latest wpbeginner tutorial to make my site and used an astra theme as they do in it, and it was all going fine until I reached the part to add the form.

    When I go to the Contact page, the form is not already there as it is in the video, and I even created another one to make sure.

    However currently we don’t have phone support, so you might have been in contact with the customer support of another product or service.

    Thanks for answering Ethan, I will check it out and report back.

    Also, I checked to be notified of any replies by email when I made this thread, but I wasn’t, I only found out you replied because I came back here and refreshed the page.

    Still nothing.

    The layout I see in the video you linked to is totally different, the Add Media and Add Form buttons are not there at all.
