Contact Form DB no longer in WordPress directory

I was looking to add Contact Form DB to a website and it no longer appeared in the WordPress plugin directory. Upon Googling the plugin, it seems it no longer exists. When you go to the plugin landing page, it says:
We couldn’t find that plugin. Maybe you were looking for one of these?

Is there any news surrounding Contact Form DB and if it’ll come back? It seems very sudden that it is gone.
