 * I’ve analyzed your requests. The first one is the extra request that was intercepted
   from the visitor while they were filling out the form.
 * To fix the issue, please add the following exclusion in your plugin settings 
   here:
   Anti-Spam by CleanTalk → Advanced settings → category “Exclusions” → **
