Could you describe the actual situation you have and what you would expect to happen instead?

That would help us to figure out the issue.

Hi Oliver! Thanks for the reply. If you please visit the website, On right side there is a slider showing Request A Proposal. In which I have contact form.
Checkbox fields for the same when selected are not getting actually selected.

Which browser are you using?
