Contact form cannot be submitted on Safari with Private Relay

I use Cleantalk on my wordpress website.
When a user on his iPhone Safari browser wants to submit a message via my contact form, he gets the message “Forbidden: Your IP belongs to a high spam risk network”.
Private Relay is activated.
This message does NOT appear when using a different browser on the same device.

My questions:
1.) How can I enable iPhone Safari users with Private Relay activated to send me a message? (if possible at all)
2.) How can I adapt the message that appears (“Forbidden…”)?

1. We would like to test the webform to understand what caused the issue. Could you tell us the URL of this webform? Please also tell us what plugin you used to create the webform.
2. You can change the message for blocked users, here is the guide: https://cleantalk.org/help/overwrite-message-for-blocked-visitors.
