Contact Form Big Problems

Hello, I am having big problems trying to include a contact form on my site. At first I tried to install the Contact Form 7 plug in and when I paste the code into the page and publish the page only the bare code will show. I assumed this was happening because Jetpack offers a contact form. So I deleted the code from contact form 7 and used Jetpack to create a form instead but when I publish it I have the same problem. Only the nakad code is showing.

By the way, you can see this for yourself by going to my site. http://www.jawaunesaad.com and clicking on the “Contact Me” button. Nothing but butt naked ugly code. Someone please help me.

If using the Contact Form 7 you should only paste the shortcode not all the code, e.g. [contact-form-7 id=”1234″ title=”Contact form 1″]

No, that code is not from contact form 7. I tried using contact form 7 also and had the same problem. The code that you’re seeing on the site is from Jetpack. I just decided to delete the code from Jetpack and I used the code from contact form 7 and if you go look at that page now you will see I have the same problem. Here is the link again to view it.
