# Contact form:

 * I am wondering whether there is any way to ensure that messages left on the Contact
   Form page of my website [http://www.appliedtranslations.co.uk](http://www.appliedtranslations.co.uk)
   are directed to my e-mail address?
 * At the moment messages are only visible when I look under “Feedback” on the Dashboard,
   which is not very satisfactory.
 * The form is a plug-in installed by the friend who designed the site for me.
 * When I click on “Edit”I see this line: [contact-form to='info@appliedtranslations.
   co.uk' subject='Contact from], which to my untrained eye looks as if it is directing
   messages to the e-mail address I want…but they are not appearing in my e-mail
   Inbox.
 * Can anyone shed any light on why they are not showing up, please?

 * It looks like you’re using the [Grunion Contact Form](http://wordpress.org/plugins/grunion-contact-form/)
   which hasn’t been updated for quite a while. That’s not necessarily a bad thing
   but since you’re not getting the email, perhaps you could try something else.
 * [Contact Form 7](http://wordpress.org/plugins/contact-form-7/) is always a popular
   choice.
 * If you still have problems, there may be something amiss with mail on your server.
   Have a read of this, which although to do with passwords, is still relevant to

 * Thankyou very much for your help.
 * I have installed the Contact Form 7 plug in. as you suggest.
 * I have also deleted the original from (The Grunion, as you say)and added another
   form using the “Add Contact Form” button.
 * However it seems that I am just adding back the old form that I have deleted –
   going around in circles. How do I get to use the Contact Form 7?
