Contact form is working but can't seem to remove the error message from the page (or even know if this is working). New to WordPress so hopefully its an easy fix. Thanks in advance.

    An error occurred.

Name:

E-mail:

Phone (optional):

Your message:

Submit

Within the first block of code I wrote "An error occurred." as a result of 'check form' This message appears whenever the webpage is loaded, even before the form is submitted.
