I have a godaddy account and have set up both Contact Form 7 and WP Mail SMTP..

I'm able to get the test e-mail to work but was still getting errors when using the form.. I did some changes and now I am getting messages that it's sent successful but I still don't receive anything..

    Any suggestions?

We can take a look at this directly for you if you'd like to contact support, but how long is it taking for the message that do arrive to arrive or has it been over 30 minutes?

Are you using aol, gmail, hotmail, msn, or yahoo email addresses for testing? Those won't work in the From value on forms on our hosting.

    Here's more info here: http://support.godaddy.com/godaddy/having-problems-with-your-websites-form-mailer/

If you would like us to look at what's up, send us a ticket at http://x.co/heretohelp and respond to this with the ticket number and we'll take a look for you.

why can't they have an online chat support. That would be get closer communication to their client. Email and calls are no use. U can't work-out with their suggest while holding a phone. Heck GDD.!

Log into your cPanel and hit MX Entry > Email Routing > Remote Mail Exchanger (instead of Local Mail Exchanger). If you do not have access to this setting you can call Godaddy and ask them to do it.
