Contact Form 7 widget styling issues

    Okay so Im about ready to kick the cat.. I can for the life of me figure out how to shorten the blanks for contact form 7 widget. The traditional tags that work in contact form 7 where you can edit size in the form editor doesnt seem to apply. Im using the plugin widget in the footer contact form of my Hawaii Construction Site — click on it and see my issue 🙁 The message input box is 2 wide and nothing seems to help 🙁

    The best way to change the size is with css rules. Are you familiar with css, and how to access the css file on your site?
