Contact Form 7 validation error message

    We had no issues with users clicking the Submit button on our form (Contact Form 7 plugin) until 2 weeks ago. Now they receive this error message: (yellow border)

    Validation errors occurred. Please confirm the fields and submit it again. It does work sporadically for the option “I would like to receive emails”. Problem with testing email is that I don’t have access to the email box in our Sydney AUS office.

    Is anyone experiencing this issue? We haven’t changed code or added any plugins. Need to resolve this ASAP. I’ve searched forums, “Googled” and even sent an email to the app developer but no answers yet. Immediate help would be appreciated.
