Contact form 7 Upload button

    I’ve made a contact form using Contact Form 7. In this form there is a Upload-button, but it doesn’t show in the form ( http://hiddink.nl/werkplaats/schadeformulier/ ), under “U kunt hier eventueel foto’s van de schade uploaden”. I know it’s there, because when you move your cursor under this line it changes into a little hand. What can I do to make this button visible?
