Contact Form 7 to Leadin – creates unwanted additional form ID's – doesn't sync

Hi all,

I’m using Contact Form 7 with the Leadin plugin to sync contacts to certain lists in Mailchimp which is fantastic, only I have a small issue: I have tried to set multiple forms to sync with Leadin and push to multiple lists in MailChimp.

This is an example of the short code on the form page:
[contact-form-7 id="244" title="Subscribe" html_id="Subscribe_page" html_class="Subscribe page"]

The list comes up in Leadin (#Subscribe_page”) which allows me to push the contacts to Mailchimp. The problem is, when I test every now and then, another form ID is created in Leadin and by default, doesn’t sync to any Mailchimp list.

Does anyone know why another form is being added in Leadin?
Also, does anyone know why a # appears in front of the form ID in Leadin?

I have inserted this short code on the page as oppose to Contact Form 7’s “Additional Settings” – is this the problem?
