Contact Form 7 sends mail but checkboxes/radio buttons aren’t

    hello peeps,

    I have created a form mailer with ‘Contact Form 7’ and it seems to be working perfectly.

    My only problem is the the data from the ‘check boxes’ and ‘radio buttoms’ doesn’t work.
    I receive the username, email address and body text but not the ‘check box’

    It has been set up as follows

    Reinigungstag (required)
    [checkbox* your-country use_label_element “Montag” “Dienstag” “Mittwoch” “Donnerstag” “Freitag”]

    these are days of the week that need to be ticked before sending. I can’t get the boxes to work for some reason

    I am using WP version 5.2.1–de_DE and Contact Form 7 Version 5.1.3

    Any help on this wouild be greatly appreciated

    Hello Tajayuki,

    thank you very much for your kind help. I have read thru the link you sent me and added the tags as follows:

    <label> Reinigungstag </label>
    [acceptance acceptance-610 optional] Montag [/acceptance][acceptance acceptance-610 optional] Dienstag [/acceptance][acceptance acceptance-875 optional] Mitwoch [/acceptance][acceptance acceptance-370 optional] Donnerstag [/acceptance][acceptance acceptance-370 optional] Freitag [/acceptance]

    When the form is filled in and sent, I get the mail but the checked boxes are not included in the content.

    Here is the mail I received:

    From: Mark Goeder-Tarant <markgoeder@googlemail.com>
    Subject: test

    Message Body:
    just a test

    DSGVO akzeptiert am:
    Juni 8, 2019 12:20 pm
    —
    This e-mail was sent from a contact form on Krosta Gebäudereinigung (http://www.krosta-dienstleistungen-ruhr.de)

    What am I doing wrong ?
