Contact form 7, Select the recipients with checkboxes

Hello!

I’m trying to make a contact form where the user can choose which people (email addresses) they want to contact. My reflection is to use check boxes were a checked box generates an email to a recipient. Is this possible?

The problem is that I do not understand how to put a value on a box and how the code looks to retrieve the generated value. Can someone help me?
