    Hi
We have been creating a contact form to be displayed using Contact Form 7 Styler for Divi.

We have run in to the problem that the radio buttons are not working and are non selectable.

Is there an easy fix for this as we require this form working asap.

We have tested the form without using the plugin and it functions perfectly, leading us to conclude that your plugin is causing the issues.

We look forward to your reply.

  • I also reported this annoying bug. I needed to create from scratch again the contact form and customized CSS by myself.

Yeah, really the programmers need to fix it, as it is a standard set on the form…!!

You shouldn’t need to recreate the form, as it still working if you just add the shortcode to a text block, so it is the plugin that is the issue.

If you wouldn’t mind, could you post your CSS here??

Hi Deano. The code I’ve created is customized because I’ve applied specific classes and ids to the different sections of my contact forms.

What I share with you is the link where you can find info about custom CSS in Contact Form 7. Here it is: https://contactform7.com/styling-contact-form/

    Cheers

    Hi David

Awesome stuff, thank you, I’ll have a good look through.

Hello, I think the radio and checkbox input option works perfectly.

In case you are unable to style them, here are a few things you need to check.

    * Make sure that our checkbox/radio field has “use_label_element” tag in Contact Form 7 source code.
    * Please check that your checkbox/radio field should not have “label_first” tag in Contact Form 7 source code.
    * Please make sure your acceptance field has condition statement in Contact Form 7 source code.

We also add a custom style off/on a button for checkbox/radio so now if you do not want a custom design, just disable the button (Module > Design > Radio & Checkbox).

    Thanks
    Team DiviPeople
