Contact Form 7 Question :: delete text in text area

    My website, stainedconcretevirginia.com, has a form on every page that was generated by the Contact Form 7 plugin.

    I dont have room in my design to label each field, so I put the labels inside of the text boxes.

    My question… Does anyone know how to make the pre-populated text disappear when the user starts to type?
